We are seeking a Dental Implant Sales Coordinator to join a well-respected, extremely busy, and family-owned dental office in Rathdrum! This is a tremendous opportunity to help change people 's lives and be in control of your earning potential - *_salary plus commission!*_ *Dental experience not necessary Responsibilities: * Meeting with potential patients to discuss a multitude of dental implant procedures focusing on Dental Implant treatment but also including General Dentistry * Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process * Schedule and manage dental implant consultations * Create and present Dental Implant Treatment Plans while navigating various insurance benefits * Apply patients to multiple dental financing companies * Schedule surgery for the patient and coordinate with the lab and surgeon's schedule * Ensure all medical clearances for surgery are received prior to the patients scheduled surgery date *Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current implant patients, ensuring a smooth transition between consultation and treatment * Maintain records of completed transactions and patients * Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who may have delayed treatment * Make outbound calls to potential new patients gathered from SEO, print, TV and other lead generation methods (warm calling) * Operate advanced imaging machinery such as a CBCT (training would be provided) * Assist with the implant marketing and overall branding of the practice * Occasional travel for training purposes may be required Qualifications: * Excellent sales and negotiation skills (3-5 years) - medical sales preferred * Excellent organizational skills * Advanced understanding of financing - no fear talking about big numbers to patients * Strong communication and rapport building skills * Elite listening and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated * Outgoing and confident * Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients * Team player * Committed to providing excellent customer service * Professional dress and appearance required This position may be required to meet the demands of and be cross trained in other positions.
