An International Automotive Parts Manufacture near Smyna, TN is recruiting for a full-time Japanese / English Bilingual Sales Account Representative to join. The ideal candidate is someone who is has Japanese language skill (JLPT N3 - N1 level). Responsibilities for Japanese / English Bilingual Sales Account Representative: * Provide accurate quotes and information to customers * Promote, present, and negotiate the sales of products and services to both existing and prospective clients * Build and maintain positive relationships with businesses and customers while providing precise and through information * Generate sales forecasts for budget planning * Meet established sales targets and deadlines * Generate customer leads by utilizing networking and various sales lead generation methods * Address customer issues and complaints promptly to improve satisfaction while keeping management always informed * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services * Collaborate with team members and other deapartments to coordinate sales reports * Generate reports on customer needs, issues, interestes, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services * Participate in IATF 16949 / ISO / Customer audits * Other task that are assigned by the Office Manager and the Sales Manager Requirements for Sales Support / Sales Representative: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or International Business, Japanese, East Asian Culture and/or related discipline * Bilingual in both Japanese and English (JLPT N3-N1 Level) * 1-2 previous Sales /Account Manager experience in the manufacturer setting is a plus * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Excellent communication skills * Strong attention to detail for administration task * Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with proven ability to "multi-task" and problem-solve * Quick-thinking and adaptive * Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills * While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
