Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our dynamic team at Sold Out, a leading sneaker store dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a curated selection of footwear. As a retail associate you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: -Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product knowledge and recommendations. -Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. -Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. -Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. -Create content such as pictures, stories, and reels for social media. -Stay up-to-date with the latest sneaker trends, brands, and promotions to accurately inform customers. -Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standard of customer service. -Participate in inventory management including conducting stock counts and assisting with merchandise receiving. -Ensure compliance with store policies and procedure.
