Position Summary

As a Plumbing Channel Lead , you'll be the face of our company, meeting with homeowners to assess their comfort needs and offering tailored plumbing solutions. Your role will be to educate, build trust, and guide customers through the process of upgrading or replacing their plumbing systems. This is a high-earning potential position with unlimited commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customers' plumbing needs
• Present plumbing system options and explain product features and benefits
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and follow up with prospects
• Close sales and ensure a smooth handoff to the installation team
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Attend regular training and stay up to date on products and services

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (plumbing or home improvement sales a strong plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
• Strong presentation and closing skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed (based on customer availability) What We Offer
