We are looking for: Position : Real Estate Acquisition Specialist Type : Full Time (Mon - Fri) Compensation : Commission Based Only, Mentorship, and On the Job Training ($40,000 - $70,000 + based on performance) Benefits : On the Job Training and Mentorship Experience level : No Experience Needed, Training Provided. Work Location : In Person - Mandatory Summary: We are seeking a driven, coachable, and detail-oriented Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our Investment team. They will play a crucial role in identifying and securing lucrative real estate investment opportunities through the use of our CRM program and proven acquisition methods. Key Responsibilities: Utilize CRM Tools: - Manage and organize property data, leads, and communications. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for streamlined decision-making. Basic to Comprehensive Underwriting: - Analyze potential opportunities by the use of comparables, verify property information, and rehab budget estimations. - Extract useful and accurate property data Property Identification: - Identify and evaluate potential investment properties. - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about emerging opportunities. Due Diligence: - Present findings and recommendations to the acquisition team leaders for informed decision-making. Team Collaboration: - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategy and share insights. Qualifications: - No experience in real estate, acquisitions, or a related field needed. - Coachable, Driven, and Willing to learn. - Willingness to learn CRM tools and data management. - Computer and Communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the willingness to learn to conduct in-depth property evaluations.
