Responsibilities: * Work directly with team members and customers to develop enriching relationships that enhance client satisfaction and fuel the sales process. * Build rapport among customers to establish strong network of clientele and prospects. * Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals. * Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth. * Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit. * Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes. * Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations. * Manage the negotiation process with sales team members ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. * Partner with General Manager and/or General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory. * Analyze business metrics to determine shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.
