Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service while maintaining a competitive spirit that drives results. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls from guests, providing expert assistance and offering additional options to enhance their experience. * Sell cruises and upsell add-on services/products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. * Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand guests' preferences and deliver personalized recommendations. * Exceed quality phone standards and consistently meet or surpass monthly performance targets. * Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting how they can derive maximum value from our offerings. * Ensure outstanding service delivery for all products and services, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. * Take ownership of metrics and outcomes, embracing accountability for your performance. * College degree preferred. * Tech Savvy - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology. * Willingness to learn and develop sales skills to promote & sell our products/services. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Experience in customer service or a contact center environment is preferred. * Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. * Openness to training and development opportunities. Business Attire: * Business casual attire is required for this role reflecting a polished appearance.
