A Day in the Life As a Kiehl's Keyholder, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Youll embody the spirit and heritage of our old-world apothecary, making a real impact in our Costa Mesa community. You will: * Lead by Example: Act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business. * Drive Store Success: Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long-term business strategies. * Manage Operations: Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment. * Develop Talent: Assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehls brand. We Are Looking For We are seeking an individual with a spirit of adventure and a talent for serving others to help lead our team. You are a great match if you have a collaborative mindset, an ability to inspire others, and a desire to grow with us. To be successful in this role, you will have: * A High School Diploma or GED. * Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service. Prior keyholder experience is preferred. * Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency. * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month. * The ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly. * Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus!
