Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers * Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are a self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge * Skilled at building connections, actively listening, and crafting tailored solutions * Proficient in prospecting and lead generation * Naturally adept at handling objections with ease * Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service * Collaborative team player * Licensed real estate professional * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Growth-oriented and eager to learn * Highly organized * Open to mastering scripts and dialogues * Excellent time management abilities * A valid real estate state license is required to join the team (not necessary to apply) About-our-team At Cesi Pagano & Associates, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
