We're expanding our marine departments and need energetic, customer-focused sales pros who can guide people toward their dream boat--whether it's for fishing, cruising, tubing, or full-throttle fun. What You'll Be Selling You'll represent some of the strongest brands in the industry: Fishing Boats * KingFisher * Lund * Smokercraft Pontoon Boats * Bennington * Flagship * Sunchaser * Sylvan Personal Watercraft * Sea-Doo Outboard Motors * Honda * Mercury * Yamaha What You'll Do * Help customers find the right boat for their lifestyle * Learn and present product features with confidence * Assist customers from first conversation through delivery * Maintain great follow-up and follow-through * Support showroom displays and online listings * Collaborate with finance, service, and rigging teams If you love people and love the water, you'll thrive in this role.
