Ride North Kingsford & Ride North Ishpeming Do you love boats, sunshine, and helping people get out on the water?Do you get fired up talking about horsepower, hull designs, and which pontoon is perfect for a "party of 12"? Then you might be our next Marine & Boat Salesperson at Ride North! We're expanding our marine departments and need energetic, customer-focused sales pros who can guide people toward their dream boat--whether it's for fishing, cruising, tubing, or full-throttle fun. What You'll Do

• Help customers find the right boat for their lifestyle
• Learn and present product features with confidence
• Assist customers from first conversation through delivery
• Maintain great follow-up and follow-through
• Support showroom displays and online listings
• Collaborate with finance, service, and rigging teams If you love people and love the water, you'll thrive in this role.

Who You Are

• A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Motivated, positive, and comfortable earning commission
• Coachable and willing to learn the marine lineup
• Reliable and organized
• Prior sales experience is a plus--but personality and drive matter most

Compensation

Marine sales professionals at Ride North typically earn: $40,000 - $80,000 annually (commission-based)Entry-level candidates often start around $40k-$55k, while experienced salespeople may exceed this You'll also enjoy:
