The Sales Associate will be an integral part of our organization, helping to drive revenue growth by building meaningful customer relationships, and finding new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone eager to launch and grow a career in sales. The successful candidate will bring two to four years of packaging industry experience, and one to three years of customer-facing experience. Your success will be defined by your desire to develop your selling skills and expertise, including client acquisition, relationship management, and consultative selling. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Perform a variety of leadership duties and job tasks within an assigned department and /or work areas, ensuring that all application safety laws/regulations as well as state/federal employment laws that pertain to this position are following in accordance with Company policies, procedure, standards, and work rules. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals. * Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to maximize customer and retention. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers. * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals. * Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. * Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences. * Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market opportunities. The appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position are achievable through the following combination of education, work experience, and training: * BA/BS Degree in business, marketing, or related filed preferred. * 2-4 or more years of work experience in the packaging industry with a solid understanding of printing. * 1-3 years of customer facing.
