Duties * Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation strategies. * Manage and grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Develop and implement territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across assigned regions. * Engage in B2B sales activities by establishing strong relationships with business clients and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Identify market trends and customer needs through analysis skills to inform marketing strategies and product positioning. * Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate new leads and expand brand awareness. * Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions within the CRM system. * Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clients. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. * Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, direct sales, and inside/outside sales environments. * Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic decision-making. * Experience in technical or technology sales is highly desirable; familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques is a plus. * Ability to manage multiple territories efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and follow-up procedures. * A proactive attitude with a passion for business development, management, and expanding market reach.
