Full description of the position

Schwartz & Company has partnered with a leading residential HVAC company in Las Vegas, NV to identify a driven and customer-focused Residential HVAC Sales Manager. This role is responsible for leading the residential sales operation, driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial call through installation and post-sale follow-up. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a sales-first mindset, and a deep understanding of residential HVAC systems, pricing, and customer needs. This role works closely with technicians, CSRs, installation teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and maximize close rates and profitability. Key Responsibilities/Sales Leadership & Performance * Lead, coach, and support residential HVAC sales technicians and comfort advisors to drive consistent performance * Rehash technician calls and unsold estimates to increase close rates and overall revenue * Monitor inbound and outbound sales calls to ensure quality presentations and customer experience * Follow up on sold and unsold estimates to ensure clarity, address objections, and close opportunities * Drive a target conversion rate of 40% or higher on opportunity calls Customer Experience & Escalation Management * Serve as a senior point of contact for escalated customer concerns and complaints * Resolve installation or sales-related issues quickly to protect customer satisfaction and company reputation * Conduct post-installation follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and referral opportunities * Prioritize high-value customers and urgent situations for rapid resolution Coordination & Cross-Department Communication * Act as a liaison between customers, CSRs, sales teams, installation crews, warehouse staff, and suppliers * Ensure customers are clearly informed on system options, pricing, installation timelines, and expectations * Coordinate after-hours sales support and installation logistics as needed * Work closely with distributors and supply houses to ensure timely procurement of equipment and materials Job Scheduling & Workflow Optimization * Coordinate job readiness to ensure installations are scheduled efficiently and without delays * Support CSR teams by scheduling sales leads and revisits from previous estimates * Communicate daily priorities and workflow updates to warehouse and operations teams * Optimize scheduling to maximize sales opportunities and technician productivity Financial Oversight * Assist customers with financing applications and approval processes * Maintain accurate financial records related to sales, warranties, and rebates * Update and maintain the price book to reflect cost changes and margin targets Qualifications * Proven experience in residential HVAC sales or sales management * Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and price books preferred * Knowledge of HVAC financing, warranties, and rebate programs is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89103 (Required) Work Location: In person
