Role Requirements for an AT &T Sales Representative * Manage the service process by overseeing smartphone enrollments, wireless network activations, and service agreements, ensuring accuracy across AT&T's systems. * Conduct account reviews in CRM and sales platforms to verify data plan tiers, device installment schedules, and promotional credits applied to customer accounts. * Provide guidance on AT&T smartphones and wireless devices, highlighting benefits such as 5G speeds, secure hotspot functionality, and coverage to strengthen adoption. * Resolve service inquiries promptly, acting as a trusted point of contact during customer transitions to AT&T's wireless network and ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. * Maintain strict compliance with AT&T's data security protocols and retail service standards, safeguarding sensitive customer information and reinforcing brand credibility. * Study customer engagement data through digital reporting tools, delivering insights to leadership that refine wireless sales and retention strategies in the Naperville market.
