Benefits: * PTO * 401k match * Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance employer sponsored plan * Flex-time * Casual workplace Responsibilities: * Tracking and Tracing driver locations and statuses * Identify and secure qualified carriers for freight services * Maintain relationships with qualified carriers * Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules * Work with shippers and carriers to manage schedules * Track and report load statuses to Team Leaders Skills required: * Excellent communication skills * Detail oriented * Negotiation skills * Ability to function in fast paced/high volume working environment No experience required.
