What We 're Looking For: No photography experience needed. We can teach you the camera, printing, and sales -- that part is easy. We're looking for people who are: * Outgoing * Friendly * Comfortable approaching strangers * Good at conversation * Positive, energetic, and reliable If you are warm, confident, and good with people, you'll succeed here. Pay & Employment Details: This is a 1099 contractor role with same-day pay available. Contractors are paid the best of 18/hour or 30% commission. Note that the first compensation structure is not available until the first 12 shifts are completed. Typical earnings: $18 -$45/hour depending on sales volume, median is 25$ Summer average is often higher due to tourism traffic. * Same-day pay (cash/Zelle) * 10 hours/week minimum, flexible schedule * Training is fully compensated (commission-based) Key Responsibilities: * Approach guests and offer a complimentary photo * Take simple portraits (training provided) * Print photos, present upgraded options, and sell * Keep your station neat, clean, and stocked * Handle cash accurately * Track inventory and sales reliably and accurately * Communicate with management in a timely manner * Work major holidays (required -- busiest days) Requirements * Friendly, respectful, and good energy * Comfortable with extensive social interactions, and able to maintain conversation with a wide variety of people * Well-presented and professional * Reliable transportation to Sequoia National Park * Holiday availability required (not all times, but many) * Ages 16-30 preferred * Intermediate English required; multilingual is a plus Dress code * All-black outfit (black polo/button-down + black pants) * Black closed-toe shoes * Clean, neat, professional appearance Shift Times * Typical shifts: 12 PM -5 PM or 6 PM -11 PM * Some weekend shifts may run until 12 -1 AM * Shifts are usually 5 -6 hours * Contractors choose their own shifts but must complete any shift they sign up for Experience with photography or sales is NOT required!
