Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in the automotive industry, particularly in PPF, vinyl, tinting, ceramic coating, detailing and commercial tinting/advertising services. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their vehicle and businesses appearance. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Educate customers about our detailing, and additional services offered. * Assist customers in selecting the right services based on their needs and preferences. * Promote additional services such as paint corrections, cleaning, window tinting, and advertising options. * Drive company vehicles to provide on-site services when necessary. * Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. * Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service; experience in detailing and commercial tinting/wrap is highly preferred. * Familiarity with paint correction, cleaning techniques, window tinting, and advertising practices is a plus. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.
