Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in the automotive industry, particularly in PPF, vinyl, tinting, ceramic coating, detailing and commercial tinting/advertising services. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their vehicle and businesses appearance.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Educate customers about our detailing, and additional services offered.
• Assist customers in selecting the right services based on their needs and preferences.
• Promote additional services such as paint corrections, cleaning, window tinting, and advertising options.
• Drive company vehicles to provide on-site services when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service; experience in detailing and commercial tinting/wrap is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with paint correction, cleaning techniques, window tinting, and advertising practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
