Due to a recent promotion from within, we are in need of (2) two combination New & Used Vehicle sales professionals. We are a very aggressive and large used vehicle operation that prides itself in NOT flooding our sales floor and enable our staff to maximize their true income potential. We are searching for seasoned sales professionals but are willing to train the right candidate with limited sales background. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate vehicles and explain features to potential buyers, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads through effective communication. * Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining dealership standards. * Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and sales strategies. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
