Klooster Family Dentistry is expanding our Sleep Apnea Department , and we're hiring a high-caliber, driven, and results-oriented "Sleep Specialist." Our practice is based in a brand-new, state-of-the-art modern practice in Holly Springs, built to deliver a truly premium patient experience. Our Sleep Apnea department operates in a cutting-edge, fast-growing field at the intersection of dentistry and medicine - and we are local pioneers in oral appliance therapy and dental-led sleep apnea care. This is an opportunity to step into a modern, high-performance environment and help grow one of the most exciting and impactful services in healthcare today. This is not a clinical role and does not involve performing in- office consultations or treatment. Why This Role Matters Most people with sleep apnea: * Don't realize how serious it is * Don't understand their options * And will procrastinate unless someone confidently guides them to action Your job is to: * Educate them * Build trust * And help them make a decision to get evaluated and get treated You are the bridge between curiosity and care. What You 'll Do: Patient Education, Intake & Conversion (Your Core Role) * Respond to and follow up with all new sleep apnea leads and referrals * Conduct initial over-the-phone evaluations and intake conversations * Educate patients about: Sleep apnea, Testing options, Oral appliance therapy * Build urgency around the importance of getting evaluated * Confidently ask for the appointment and secure the booking * Overcome hesitation, objections, and procrastination with professionalism and empathy * Follow up persistently and intelligently with leads who don't book immediately * Manage your pipeline like a salesperson, not a receptionist You will not perform the in-office consult. You will be responsible for getting them in the door. Physician Outreach & Referral Growth * Assist colleagues in the Sleep Department in building and maintaining relationships with: Primary care doctors, ENTs, Cardiologists, and other local medical providers * Proactively develop new referral sources * Take part in visiting offices, dropping off materials, and staying top-of-mind * Assist in coordinating lunches, meetings, and referral-building activities * Be the relationship co-ambassador for Klooster Sleep in the medical community Performance, Tracking & Growth * Leads * Follow-up * Conversion rates * Referral sources * Be accountable to booking and conversion numbers * Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and results * Work closely with leadership team Who We 're Looking For This role is for someone who is: * A natural closer who is comfortable asking for the commitment * Confident, persuasive, and professional on the phone * Great at building urgency without being pushy * Organized, consistent, and disciplined with follow-up * Motivated by goals, metrics, and performance * Polished enough to represent us in medical offices * Competitive with themselves and proud of their numbers Background That Fits Extremely Well * Sales, business development, or account executive roles * Inside sales, consultative sales, or appointment-setting roles * Medical, dental, or healthcare sales or intake * Pharma, medical device, or B2B relationship sales * High-end hospitality or client success with strong conversion metrics * Huge plus if you have experience with Sleep Apnea treatment The Klooster Way We believe in: * Education over pressure * Relationships over transactions * Excellence, follow-through, and ownership * Delivering a premium experience to both patients and referring doctors Schedule & Work-Life Balance We believe high performance shouldn't require burnout. This is a full-time, in-office role with a predictable, family-friendly schedule: * Monday-Wednesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Thursday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM * No nights.
