Job Title: Sales Associate - Automotive Showroom & Client Experience Location: Bonita Springs, Florida 34135 Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Automotive / Sales / Customer Experience About the Role We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and support daily showroom operations, client communication, inventory coordination, and weekend promotional events. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry and looking to build a long-term career in sales, operations, and management. You'll be the face of the brand--guiding customers on the showroom floor, assisting with vehicle check-ins and deliveries, collaborating with technicians, and helping promote our company at car shows and events. As we continue to grow, this position offers exceptional opportunities for advancement , including increased sales responsibility, dealership partnership support, and expanded operational leadership. Key Responsibilities Showroom & Client Experience * Greet and assist clients on the showroom floor with outstanding customer service. * Check in vehicles for delivery and ensure a smooth, professional client experience. * Manage phone calls and emails; provide timely, accurate information. * Check clients out, process payments, and complete warranty cards and related paperwork. * Price out incoming leads for the services we offer. * Communicate updates to clients regarding vehicle status, timelines, and services. Inventory & Operations * Assist with backend inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels. * Work with technicians to monitor tool and inventory needs. * Ensure final products meet client expectations and company quality standards. Promotional Events & Weekend Shows * Represent the company at car shows, community events, and weekend promotions. * Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site customer engagement. Growth & Leadership Opportunities * Support growing retail sales volume and dealership partnerships. * Assist with vehicle pickups and ensure dealership satisfaction. * Take on additional responsibilities as the company expands, with pathways toward sales leadership and operational management. Qualifications * Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to grow into sales and management. * Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. * Weekend availability (one to two times a month) for car shows and promotional events. * Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-first mindset. * Prior sales or automotive experience is a plus but not required--extensive training will be provided.
