About the Role

: We're a high-energy insurance office looking for someone who is reliable, confident on the phone, and hungry to grow. This is not a "sit and wait" job you'll be talking to customers, following up consistently, and learning a real sales skillset that can turn into a long-term career. What You 'll Do

• Call and follow up with customers/leads daily (phone + text + email)
• Quote policies and explain coverage clearly
• Ask questions to uncover what the customer actually needs
• Close sales (or warm-transfer to a closer, depending on the role)
• Handle endorsements, billing questions, and basic service tasks
• Stay organized in our CRM and follow our daily activity standards What We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication (comfortable speaking all day)
• Coachability (you take feedback and apply it)
• Consistency (you show up on time and follow through)
• Competitive mindset (you like goals and hitting numbers)
• Basic computer skills (typing, multi-tasking, learning systems) Big Plus If You Have
• Insurance experience (auto/SR-22/DUI helpful)
• Sales, call center, dealership, or collections background
• Bilingual: [Spanish/Other] (if applicable)
• Insurance license (P&C) not required if you 're trainable Pay & Perks
