About the Role: We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative to take charge of driving equipment sales and building long-term customer relationships in a defined territory. This isn't just about selling forklifts--it's about solving problems, offering practical solutions, and being the go-to partner for our customers. You'll have the autonomy to manage your accounts, the backing of a team that moves fast, and the opportunity to make a real difference as we continue growing. What You 'll Do: * Develop and maintain customer relationships, building a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory * Implement strategic plans to identify new opportunities and increase overall sales and profitability * Conduct detailed customer needs analyses to create tailored proposals and solutions * Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions * Maintain working knowledge of used equipment values and support trade-in evaluations * Assist customers with financing options for new, used, and rental equipment * Attend training sessions and seminars to continuously improve sales effectiveness Skills & Experience We're Looking For: * At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the material handling or equipment industry * Working knowledge of lift trucks, aerial equipment, racking, dock, and door equipment * Self-motivated with a track record of prospecting and closing new business opportunities * Ability to tailor sales conversations using effective questioning and listening skills * Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a larger team * Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Benefits: All offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.
