That's right we look for quality people not experienced ones. We will equip and train you to be the best in your field. I can't teach integrity, you need to already possess that. I can teach you just about everything else. Duties: * Run qualified leads from people who have contacted us and asked us for more information. Follow up marketing efforts to secure more business. * Create strong referral business * Conduct sales presentations to potential clients. * Collaborate with the sales team to continue to develop personal selling skills. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability. * Just sell, no order filling or typical customer service after the sale, we have staff for that. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. Skills: * No experience required; if you are coachable, we will train you! You MUST be coachable and possess a positive winning attitude! * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. * Ability to work with online apps and simple software (don't be scared it's easy). * Business development skills to identify new leads and convert them into customers. * Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus for effectively communicating with a diverse customer base. * Business development skills to identify new leads and convert them into customers.
