• Answer inbound calls from guests with unused vacation packages
• Help schedule vacation dates and guide guests through their travel planning
• Use provided scripts to deliver consistent, engaging, and professional calls
• Create excitement around vacation destinations
• Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every interaction What We 're Looking For:
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be local to Las Vegas, NV or have reliable daily transportation
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Dependable and goal-oriented
• No prior experience required -- we provide paid training!
