We are hiring ONE additional sales professional! Individual must possess HIGH AMBITION, HIGH ENERGY LEVEL, and A PASSION TO LEARN, GROW, and ASPIRE FOR MORE! The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

: - Utilize cold calling techniques to generate new sales leads and identify potential customers. - Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our dealership's inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience and build long-term relationships. - Assist with inventory management, including arranging test drives and managing sales leads. - Work closely with sales support staff to ensure all sales processes are completed efficiently and effectively. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership. - Stay up-to-date with the latest software and technology used in the automotive industry. - Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high level of teamwork and organizational skills.

Requirements

: -Automotive experience preferred. - Proven experience in automotive car sales or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize sales leads. - Proficiency in software used in the automotive industry. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Strong sales support and cold calling skills.
