We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our company and our customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. The Area Representative will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within the designated area. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Must have prior experience with back of house operations and sales. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned area. * Conduct regular visits to clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Promote and sell products or services effectively to achieve sales targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that enhance market presence. * Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service delivery. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
