- Lead all sales activity across on-premise and off-premise channels
- Build and nurture strong distributor relationships
- Engage with key trade partners, ambassadors, and local influencers
- Deliver compelling trainings for hospitality teams
- Execute brand campaigns and incentive programs
- Monitor market performance, identify opportunities, and drive velocity
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and structured sales insights
- Support national initiatives in partnership with HQ
- Hit -- and exceed -- monthly KPIs and volume targets What do you need?
- Proven sales or trade marketing experience in beverage or hospitality
- A strong understanding of the non-alcoholic category and emerging trends
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously, stay organised, and manage competing priorities
- High integrity, reliability, and a commercial mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Flexible availability beyond the standard 9-5
- A self-driven, proactive approach to hitting goals
