  • Lead all sales activity across on-premise and off-premise channels
  • Build and nurture strong distributor relationships
  • Engage with key trade partners, ambassadors, and local influencers
  • Deliver compelling trainings for hospitality teams
  • Execute brand campaigns and incentive programs
  • Monitor market performance, identify opportunities, and drive velocity
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and structured sales insights
  • Support national initiatives in partnership with HQ
  • Hit -- and exceed -- monthly KPIs and volume targets What do you need?
  • Proven sales or trade marketing experience in beverage or hospitality
  • A strong understanding of the non-alcoholic category and emerging trends
