Location: Brooklyn, NY Travel Required: Up to 100% Employment Type: Full-time, Salary, Exempt Job Description: The Company is seeking a results-driven Regional Clinical Services Specialist to lead the growth of our Cardiology Program in post-acute and long-term care settings through business development, clinical training, and program oversight. The specialist will secure new cardiology accounts, build strong relationships with the long-term care facilities, and provide hands-on training to providers and technicians on diagnostic procedures such as echocardiograms, EKGs, and related cardiac testing. This position plays a key role in ensuring all cardiology services are delivered with clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to superior patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Identify and secure new cardio program accounts in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. * Promote the program to facility administrators, medical directors, and corporate teams. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive contract acquisition and * retention. * Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and service agreements tailored to each facility's needs. * Conduct provider and technician training on cardio diagnostic testing (Echo, EKG, Holter, etc.). * Conduct on-site visits and clinical rounds to ensure program compliance and quality. * Gather feedback to improve services and develop tailored solutions for each facility. * Collaborate with operations, marketing, and clinical leadership on account onboarding and initiatives. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth. * Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and facility meetings as needed. Qualifications * MBA/MHA in Healthcare Management or related field. * Active RN, NP, DNP license required. * 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or provider relations (preferably in SNF/LTC). * Knowledge of cardiology clinical services and post-acute regulatory compliance. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to travel locally/regionally. Preferred Qualifications: * Existing network in the long-term care industry. * Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management.
