Full description of the position
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage marketing and technology tools to achieve sales targets. The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry research * Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support * Conduct effective negotiations to close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives * Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business development goals * Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions * Present product offerings, technical solutions, and value propositions to prospective clients * Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the sales landscape * Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience * Lead or participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership initiatives to foster professional growth Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a focus on business development * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences * Demonstrated success in sales analysis and strategic planning * Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly preferred * Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus * Ability to perform warm calling and outreach effectively to generate leads * Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement * Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer needs This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced sales environment.
