The Wood Veneer Hub (WVH) Tolleson, AZ | Full-Time | On-site About the Role As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role on our growing sales team, serving as the first point of contact for inbound leads and guiding clients through the sales process from discovery to close. You'll work closely with design professionals, contractors, and homeowners to understand their project needs and recommend product solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional goals. This is a design-forward role where product knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail come together. You'll proactively follow up on sample requests, nurture warm leads, and support clients in selecting finishes, styles, and paneling solutions that align with their vision. From home renovations to large-scale commercial projects, you'll be instrumental in shaping the customer experience and bringing design goals to life. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat * Build strong client relationships by understanding project needs and recommending tailored solutions * Make daily outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers to drive sales * Follow up consistently on open quotes to convert opportunities into closed sales * Manage and maintain your sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-ups * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategies, promotions, and campaigns * Meet with clients by appointment in the Phoenix showroom for product demos and consultations, as needed * Review and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals * Complete daily outbound call targets * Follow up on all quotes within defined timelines * Maintain CRM accuracy and timely updates * Contribute to team goals and collaborative success What We're Looking For * 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role within the design, architecture, or construction industries * Genuine interest in design, architecture, or the built environment * Proven success managing leads and driving sales performance * Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients * Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment * Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Phoenix area (on-site role) What We Offer * $50,000 -$60,000 base salary + commission (OTE up to $75,000 annually) * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off and holidays * Career development and advancement opportunities in a rapidly expanding company * Supportive, collaborative, and inspiring work culture * Opportunity to help grow a company that's reshaping modern interiors Equal Opportunity Employer WVH is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
