We're currently hiring full-time Sales Associates to represent our clients' wireless and internet products inside retail stores. This is a face-to-face sales position focused on helping customers understand and select services that match their needs. Schedule: * Full-time * In-store only (not remote) * Includes weekends and some holidays Work Location: * One retail location in Las Vegas, NV * Must have reliable transportation to and from work Key Responsibilities: * Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner * Provide expert knowledge about wireless and internet plans * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions * Guide customers through the sales process and handle transactions * Achieve personal and team sales goals * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space * Stay current on product updates, promotions, and service features Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus * Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail setting * Flexible availability including weekends and holidays * Must be comfortable standing for extended periods Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly base pay starting at $19.00 to $24.00 per hour , depending on experience * Additional commission opportunities based on individual sales performance * Weekly pay schedule * Paid training and ongoing sales development * Clear career advancement path with internal promotion opportunities * Supportive and energetic team environment * Represent well-known national wireless and internet providers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89119 (Required) Work Location: In person
