The Opportunity We are hiring our first dedicated internal Sales Specialist to activate dormant leads, deepen existing relationships, and systematically drive wholesale and referral growth. This is ground-floor impact: one talented closer can realistically double our revenue by unlocking the potential already sitting in our pipeline. What You 'll Own * Proactive outbound outreach to warm leads, past inquiries, and existing accounts * Nurturing and expanding our distributor network (spas, salons, med-spas, dermatology practices) * Converting inbound inquiries into committed wholesale partners * Collaborating on sales assets, promotions, and follow-up strategies that make it easy for partners to succeed * Tracking activity and results in our CRM to refine what works and scale it Who Thrives Here * 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in skincare, cosmetics, medical aesthetics, or wellness * A natural closer who loves the phone, builds genuine rapport, and turns conversations into commitments * Self-directed, metrics-driven, and comfortable working remotely with clear targets * Experience selling to estheticians, physicians, or spa owners is a major advantage * No ego--just consistent execution and a hunger to win Compensation & Upside * Hourly base +3% commission on all new revenue you directly generate (initial orders and re-orders within the first 12 months of your outreach) * Full benefits, product allowance, and a clear path to grow into a sales leadership role as we build the team How to Apply All candidates must take our assessment test found here: [please apply online] Interested candidates should take the asssesment above and forward their resume along with a note describing one specific sales win you 're most proud of (deal size, how you closed it, and the impact).
