Membership Sales Advisor & Marketing Advisor As a Membership Sales Advisor & Marketing Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and enhancing customer engagement. Your dynamic approach to sales and marketing will help create an inviting atmosphere for potential members, while your expertise in customer service will ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You'll be at the forefront of our mission to connect with our community and promote the benefits of membership. What you 'll do * Engage with potential members through effective communication and demonstrate the value of membership * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase offerings and drive interest * Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and customer satisfaction * Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal * Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer needs * Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and addressing inquiries promptly * Market guest passes to non members and businesses within Escondido and surrounding areas.
