Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to delivery. Compensation * W-2 employee position * Commission-based pay * Commissions paid weekly * Uncapped commission -- unlimited earning potential Schedule * Full-time (40 hours per week) Requirements * Valid driver's license * Prior sales or customer service experience preferred * Strong work ethic and self-motivation Skills * Experience in prospecting and lead generation * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to use online apps and basic software * Strong business development and closing skills Responsibilities * Conduct professional sales presentations * Run qualified leads from customers who have requested information * Follow up on marketing efforts to secure additional business * Manage customer relationships and build a strong client base * Create and maintain referral business * Develop a strong understanding of company products and services * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery * Work independently while also collaborating with a team Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
