Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to delivery.

Compensation

• W-2 employee position
• Commission-based pay
• Commissions paid weekly
• Uncapped commission -- unlimited earning potential Schedule
• Full-time (40 hours per week)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation Skills
• Experience in prospecting and lead generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use online apps and basic software
• Strong business development and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional sales presentations
• Run qualified leads from customers who have requested information
• Follow up on marketing efforts to secure additional business
• Manage customer relationships and build a strong client base
• Create and maintain referral business
• Develop a strong understanding of company products and services
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery
• Work independently while also collaborating with a team Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
