Overview

As a Loan Origination Sales Specialist , you will convert warm leads into qualified applications, serve as the first point of contact for borrowers, and guide them through the pre-approval and origination process. You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline and ensuring timely submission of loan packages.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via phone and email
• Pre-qualify borrowers by collecting and reviewing financial documents
• Guide borrowers through the application and approval process
• Clearly explain loan products, terms, and timelines
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and hit origination targets
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams
• Accurately input and track deal flow in HubSpot (CRM)
• Provide a high-touch customer experience from initial contact to funding

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of experience in loan origination, mortgage sales, or lending operations
• Working knowledge of real estate investment finance
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate in a fully remote environment
• Previous experience in hard money, bridge lending, or mortgage is a major plus Ideal Backgrounds:
• Rocket Mortgage, LoanDepot, Quicken Loans, Freedom Mortgage
• Private lending or real estate investment firms
