Your Role: Where Ideas Become Products As a key member of our Growth Engine Team, you'll take bold snack concepts from "what if?" to store shelves nationwide. You'll manage high-stakes relationships with major retail buyers and vendors, ensuring every step--from concept to production--is executed flawlessly. This isn't just launching products. Your First 90 Days 30 Days * Complete onboarding in Airtable, ClickUp, and Google Sheets. * Shadow customer meetings and pricing sessions. * Build 2 complete pitch decks for internal and customer review. 60 Days * Independently manage communication with at least one major buyer and vendor. * Lead cross-functional coordination on one active product launch. * Analyze pricing and prepare competitive configuration reports. 90 Days * Launch your first product with zero operational errors. * Lead your own tasting presentation and secure buy-in on a second concept. * Present a performance recap tied to launch success and revenue impact. What You Bring Soft Skills You're a systems thinker who loves turning chaos into structure. You communicate clearly, manage multiple stakeholders with ease, and thrive when you're building something meaningful. Technical Skills You're strong in Google Sheets, Airtable, presentations, and project management tools. You're analytically sharp, curious, and confident diving into both strategy and hands-on execution. Total annual compensation ranges from $55,000 - $65,000.
