Compensation: $160,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Continue to run your Brokerage and agents with additional Keller Williams systems, tools, and benefits * Leverage Keller Williams to help your agents and brokerage grow * Use and leverage Keller Williams training to push your agents to do more sales * Perform all brokerage and agent duties as applicable Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * A broker's license is required * If you are a producing team under a brokerage, we can explore team and brokerage benefits * Brokerage must meet production requirements * Commission opportunity * Brokerage and agents must be ethical and have good morals * Real estate licenses are required for practicing real estate agents, per state compliance * Must live within driving distance of the office * Must have working rights in the USA About Company This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
