Outside Sales Representative - Event Rentals (Commission-Based) Raphael's Party Rentals, San Diego's premier event rental company, is seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives with experience in the event rental industry to help expand our client base. We serve some of Southern California's largest and most exciting events -- from San Diego Pride and the Air Show to the Del Mar Fair. What You 'll Do * Build and maintain relationships with event planners, venues, caterers, and corporate clients * Prospect for new business and grow existing accounts * Represent the Raphael's brand at industry events and networking opportunities What We 're Looking For * Proven success in outside sales -- ideally in event rentals, catering, or hospitality * Prior experience in event rentals required * Strong local network and professional presence * Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset What We Offer * Uncapped commission potential * Access to San Diego's largest event rental inventory (110,000 sq. ft. facility) * Established reputation and strong market presence * Freedom to build your own client portfolio If you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven industry, we'd love to hear from you.
