As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the front line of that mission sparking conversations, identifying opportunities, and driving the pipeline that powers our growth. What You'll Do.. * Proactively prospect into target accounts via email, phone, social channels, and events * Drive qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team * Research and identify the right stakeholders within complex organizations * Manage and track all outreach activity in Salesforce * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and improve conversion * Represent the Tufin brand with professionalism, curiosity, and energy Requirements: Who You Are... * A successful track record working in a collaborative team or office environment * Enthusiasm for prospecting, engaging new accounts, and navigating enterprise organizations * Previous software or SaaS experience is a strong plus * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with CRM tools: Salesforce experience is a plus * A self-motivated mindset: responsible, accountable, and driven * A strong work ethic with the ability to listen, learn, and adapt quickly * A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales and cybersecurity
