Job Summary Puente Hills Volkswagen is seeking a Automotive Sales Associate to join their dynamic team in City of Industry, California. The Automotive Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients on an individual basis and devising suitable sales strategies to develop an early and ongoing rapport. Compensation & Benefits This is a commission-only, individual contributor role. The COMPENSATION for this role is $60000 to $100000 per year, which is paid biweekly. Responsibilities The Automotive Sales Associate's responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Developing new business prospects and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers * Answering customer inquiries and investigating customer needs * Making suggestions on vehicle selection and financing, preparing sales contracts * Executing daily sales strategies to meet rent and sales objectives * Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction * Inputting data and managing inventory Requirements * Proven ability to build relationships and inspire repeat business * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Experience in automotive sales preferred * A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Cantonese or Mandarin speaking a plus EEOC Statement Puente Hills Volkswagen is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse workforce.
