Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a Full-Time Sales Assistant to support our Sales Department in delivering world-class customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and looking to launch or grow a career in the automotive industry. Compensation & Schedule * Pay: $16 -$17/hour, * Weekly pay * Full-time position , closed every Sunday and major holidays Top-Tier Benefits * Health & Dental Insurance * Paid Vacation Days * Lexus-Paid Training * Vehicle Reimbursement Program * IRA Match Program * Christmas Club Savings Program Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled * Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery * Assist with managing and updating social media platforms * Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly * Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education * Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations) * Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects * Stay current on all Lexus training and certification * Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures * Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team What We're Looking For * Strong customer service and communication skills * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Confident using computers, email, and digital tools * Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism * A team player with a can-do , positive attitude * Willingness to learn new technologies and vehicle systems * Discreet with confidential information * Able to work independently and follow through on tasks * Professional appearance and demeanor Why Join Lexus of Cool Springs?
