Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Account Representative to join our prestigious client for the HYBRID role. This role is essential in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence through effective account management and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, territory management, and customer service, with proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in business development, technical sales, and marketing within a fast-paced environment. Duties * Manage and grow existing customer accounts through proactive engagement and relationship building * Identify new business opportunities via lead generation, cold calling, and territory management * Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients to showcase solutions tailored to their needs * Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting B2B markets, including territory sales and management * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize account value * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction * Support management with analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Skills Required * 3-5 recent years experience in proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or technical sales within a B2B environment * Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms * Strong Excel skills * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and territory management strategies * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously * Skills in analysis and problem-solving to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions * Experience in account management, business development, and sales management techniques * Familiarity with marketing concepts related to product promotion and upselling strategies * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships This Temp to Perm, Hybrid position provides an engaging environment for professionals eager to advance their careers in sales, account management, and business development.
