*Service Advisor/Outside Sales Professional Needed - Join Our Local Pest Management Team in the Sandhills Area! We're a locally owned and operated pest management firm with a sterling reputation in the Greater Triad and Sandhills Areas. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and quality service has set us apart in the industry. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who love the outdoors, enjoy helping people, and are ready to get their hands dirty to diagnose problems. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough inspections and recommend treatment options for various services. - Accurately complete all necessary documentation for each sale. - Guarantee customer satisfaction from initial contact through to job completion. - Participate in training sessions to expand your industry knowledge. - Adhere to all established rules and regulations. - Undertake additional tasks as required by management. Experience & Certification: Previous industry experience and Registered Technician Certification are highly preferred. Qualities: Self-motivated, self-starter with excellent customer service and sales skills. A good fit for our team would be someone who enjoys the outdoors, doesn't mind getting dirty, and is passionate about helping people. Skills: Proficient computer skills are required. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Background check and drug screen is mandatory in alignment with our QualityPro commitment. After first 90 days, 100% commission with $40-50K/yr (or more!) potential.
