Email: [please apply online] Responsibilities: A competent Appointment Setter is organized and efficient in their work. Their primary goal is to generate new business opportunities by booking appointments with potential clients. Specific duties include: * Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company * Research potential clients and generate leads * Contact potential clients via cold calling, email. * Qualify prospects based on their needs * Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team * Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients along with maintaining a high level of Customer Service. Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services or products to prospects. * Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment * Persistence and resilience to deal with rejection. * Excellent outbound calling skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and generate interest in our products/services. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities. * Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience. * Computer literacy for research and data entry * Report directly to our Sales Director, EASILY COACHABLE AND TRAINABLE.
