Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. * Assist customers with product selection and provide information about features and benefits. * Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, stock levels, and store policies to effectively assist customers. * Upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company standards. * Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction. Skills * Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers. * Ability to supervise and mentor team members in a retail environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proven customer service experience with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. * Familiarity with stock management and retail math for inventory control. * Experience with POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing. * Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
