You're the first smile guests see when they walk in and the last impression they leave with. You'll be part concierge, part sales pro, part vibe curator -- and yes, part team player who keeps the center clean and running smoothly. What You 'll Be Doing (where you'll shine ): * Greeting every guest with confidence, warmth, and personality * Checking guests in and out quickly and accurately * Educating guests on our services and wax pass packages * Selling wax passes -- while earning bonuses * Managing appointment flow and supporting our Wax Associates throughout the day * Handling phones, booking appointments, and resolving guest questions * Keeping the front desk, lobby, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and guest-ready * Assisting with daily cleaning tasks -- because details matter and teamwork wins * Confirming appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day.
