Matt Curtis Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our closing department. We are looking for a candidate that has an Alabama Real Estate License to assist in the closing process of real estate transactions. You will be responsible for navigating the closing process from contract to close to ensure a smooth and timely closing for our clients. This includes negotiation of Request for Repairs, drafting addendums, attending closings, and helping clients have a smooth closing process. What You Should Have: Required: * Outstanding Communication Skills (verbal and written) * Problem Solving Abilities * Excellent Organizational Skills * Analytical mindset and Focus on Details * Strong Empathy for MC Clients * Active Real Estate License * Experience in the Request for Repairs and/or Closing Processes of Real Estate Transactions What You 'll Do: * Provide consistent Five Star Service in all interactions * Assist Clients during the closing process to ensure a smooth and timely closing * Verify and Input Information into our Transaction Management Software (Sisu), MLS and other channels * Coordinate with Agents, Inspectors, Mortgage Officers, Attorney Offices and Clients * Manage the scheduling of all closing events for clients and other parties involved * Develop, maintain and strengthen client and prospect relationships throughout the entire home buying/selling process * Manage client documents and ensure accuracy * Assist with other duties as assigned.
